Management Board

Born in 1972, civil engineer, graduate of Poznań University of Technology and Technical University of Aalborg in Denmark. In 2007 he obtained the MBA degree at the University of Economics in Poznań in cooperation with the Georgia State University of Atlanta. In 2010, he completed the Leadership Academy Strategies program organized by the ICAN INSTITUTE.

Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been closely involved in the construction sector. During the years 1997-2015 he worked for the Budimex Group and since 2002 he has been acting as the company’s Regional Director. Director of the General Construction Department – West since 2008. In 2011 he took over the position of the Construction Director and created the Industrial and Energy Construction Division. He was also a Member of the Budimex S.A. Executive Committee as well as the company Proxy. During the period from 16.11.2015 to 19.04.2018, Andrzej Goławski has been acting as the President of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. He also executed the function of the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Płock S.A., Mostostal Kielce S.A. and AMK Kraków S.A.

Mr. Andrzej Goławski has been acting as the Vice president of Projprzem Makrum S.A. and a proxy of Projprzem Budownictwo sp. z o. o. since 2018.

A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology. Completed “Strategy and Business Planning” post-graduate studies at the Economic Academy in Poznań (currently Poznań University of Economics).

He has undergone training for the company internal auditor as well as within the scope of the integrated management system, which included requirements for PN-EN-ISO 9001:2000, PN-EN-ISO 14001:2004, PN-N 18001:2005 standards, NATO requirements within risk management and ensuring quality, configuration management as well as participated in workshops related to effective project management. He holds an unrestricted construction license authorizing him to manage construction works within the field of installations of networks, systems and electrical and electrical power engineering devices as well as qualification certificates authorizing him to operate facilities, installations and networks in the capacity of operator and supervisor for groups 1, 2 and 3, and a mining license of a junior supervisor of mining plant operations with technical and construction specialization.

His professional career started in 1994 with Energetyka Poznańska, Zakład Usług Energetycznych in Szamotuły. During years 1999 – 2001 he worked in the Wavin Metalplast company seated in Buk. He has been with Atrem since 2001 and that is when he was appointed to the Execution Department Manager position, and then the Technical Director. Afterwards, Mr. Szmyt became a plenipotentiary of the Capital Group. He took the position as Atrem’s Member of Management Board on 1 April 2010. In 2015, he was granted the title of the “Mining Director of III Grade”.
