He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology. He completed the Management Program at ICAN INSTITUTE, the Global Management Program at ESADE Business School Madrid, and the Leadership Development Program at Oxford Leadership Academy. Since 1999, he has held an unlimited construction license in the construction and building specialization. He has been associated with the construction industry throughout his career. From 1997 to 2015, he worked at the BUDIMEX Group, where he served as District Director from 2006 to 2010, and later (2010 to 2015) as Branch Director and Operations Director. From October 2015 to April 2017, he was employed at the POLIMEX – MOSTOSTAL S.A. Capital Group as Branch Director. From May 2017 to June 2018, he was associated with MOSTOSTAL WARSZAWA S.A., where he managed building construction as Director of the General Construction Area. From October 2018 to March 2023, he was associated with the DOM DEVELOPMENT Group as Director of Implementation at DOM CONSTRUCTION. From February 2021 to February 2022, he served as a Member of the Management Board of DOM CONSTRUCTION Sp. z o.o.
