A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology, he also completed postgraduate studies in "Business Strategy and Planning" at the Poznań University of Economics (now Poznań University of Economics). He completed training as an internal auditor in an enterprise and in integrated management systems incorporating the requirements of the PN-EN-ISO 9001:2000, PN-EN-ISO 14001:2004, PN-N 18001:2005 standards, NATO requirements for risk management, quality assurance, and configuration management, as well as training workshops on effective project management. He holds construction qualifications to manage construction works without restrictions in the field of installation in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and devices, as well as qualification certificates entitling him to operate devices, installations and networks in the position of operation and supervision for groups 1, 2 and 3, as well as mining qualifications as a lower-level operation supervisor with a construction technical specialization and an intermediate-level operation supervisor with an electrical specialization.He began his professional career in 1994 at Energetyka Poznańska, at the Energy Services Plant in Szamotuły. From 1999 to 2001, he worked at Wavin Metalplast in Buk. From 2001, he joined Atrem, where he assumed the position of Head of the Execution Department and later Technical Director. He then became the Group's Representative. He became a Member of the Atrem Management Board on April 1, 2010. In 2015, he was awarded the rank of "Mining Director, Level III."
