Personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn. Personal data may be disclosed to Atrem employees or associates, as well as to entities providing support to Atrem on the basis of outsourced services and in accordance with concluded data processing agreements. A person consenting to the processing of personal data has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
