Dividend

The dividend policy principles have been introduced in the management board resolution of 16 May 2014. The basic rule of the dividend policy adopted by Atrem’s management board are payments corresponding to financial capabilities of the company. The management board, while undertaking the decision on recommendations related to dividend payment, shall take into account the necessity of maintaining solvency and capital required for the growth of Atrem Group.

• On 25 May 2016 the Ordinary General Meeting of Atrem S.A. adopted a resolution on distribution of profit generated in the financial year of 2015 as well as decided to make a dividend payment in the amount of PLN 461,503.95 (in words: four hundred sixty one thousand five hundred and three 95/100 PLN). The dividend amount per one share shall amount to PLN 0.05 (in words: zero 05/100 PLN). The dividend date was set for 30 June 2016. The dividend payment date was scheduled for 14 July 2016. Number of shares covered by the dividend amounts to 9,230,079.
• The 2014 profit allowed Atrem’s shareholders to allocate PLN 0.74 mil for the dividend, which means PLN 0.08 per share. The dividend day was set for 30 June 2015, and the dividend payment was scheduled for 17 July 2015. The amount remaining from PLN 0.75 mil has been assigned by the company to the reserve capital.
• The 2013 profit allowed Atrem’s shareholders to allocate PLN 1.48 mil for the dividend, which means PLN 0.16 per share. The dividend day was set for 30 June 2014, and the dividend payment was scheduled for 17 July 2014. The amount remaining from PLN 1.86 mil has been assigned by the company to the reserve capital.
• The company did not pay dividends for financial years 2008-2012. First, due to the expansion of business activity and capital requirements of Atrem Group, and afterwards due to the construction market downturn.
